Project Overview:The investment in the construction of a 1 million tons/year olefin aromatic hydrocarbon joint project is a key project for complementing, extending, and strengthening the chain. With a total investment of 2.81 billion RMB, the project introduces the international leading process technology from KBR, USA. It utilizes existing light oil resources for deep processing and constructs the first domestic 1 million tons/year advanced catalytic olefin aromatic hydrocarbon joint unit.

400,000 Tons/Year ABS Project

• Project Duration: 2021-2022

Project Overview:The investment in the construction of a 400,000 tons/year high-performance ABS resin integrated project totals 6.18 billion RMB. The project introduces several internationally leading green chemical production technologies, including the emulsion grafting-core blending method for ABS resin from Saudi Sabic Company, the acrylonitrile oxidation method for acrylic from Kuraray Co., Ltd. of the United States, and the sulfuric acid regeneration technology from DuPont-Monomer Company of the United States. The project will construct 400,000 tons/year high-performance ABS resin, 260,000 tons/year acrylonitrile, 100,000 tons/year MMA, and other production units.

Project Overview:The 250,000 tons/year pure benzene project uses reformate as raw material and adopts UOP's toluene hydrodealkylation (THDA) technology. The project can process 470,500 tons/year of reformate gasoline, producing 244,000 tons/year of benzene, 111,000 tons/year of xylene, and directly increasing chemical product output by 355,100 tons/year, while reducing gasoline product output by 420,500 tons/year. This project is a bridging unit of the Lihua Group's industrial chain coupling. By comparing the actual yield of benzene produced by toluene hydrodealkylation with the theoretical yield, the actual yield reaches over 98%WT, coupling reformate gasoline with styrene and acetophenone to achieve product chain coupling. This project reduces gasoline products and alleviates the pressure of downstream benzene raw material procurement, creating a circular economy industrial chain for the enterprise and enhancing the value chain of products.
